The construction industry workhorse. Substantial crane capacity on a versatile 8-wheel rigid - the right tool for the majority of commercial and industrial lifting jobs.
The 40 tonne-metre lorry loader, mounted on an 8-wheel 32T GVW rigid, covers the broadest range of commercial and construction lifting tasks. It's the crane our customers book most often, and for good reason - it strikes the ideal balance between capacity, reach, and vehicle versatility.
With 32T GVW and 40tm of crane power, this combination can handle site cabin installations, plant machinery placement and recovery, heavy container work, and structural element lifts that are beyond the 27tm class but don't require the full 44T drawbar combination.
The 8-wheel configuration gives better ground stability than a 6-wheeler while still fitting on most construction sites and commercial yards - a genuinely practical choice for the vast majority of Yorkshire lifting jobs.
